Neon Breaker

Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 October 2026 · French version: Politique de confidentialité

In short: Neon Breaker does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. The game runs entirely offline, does not request Internet access and contains no ads, no trackers and no third-party services.

1. Who we are

Neon Breaker is an Android application (package name be.firyonstudios.neonbreaker) published by Firyon Studios (Mirko Rizzari), Belgium. This policy describes what the app does, and above all what it does not do, with your data.

2. Data collected

None. The app collects no personal data and no usage data: no name, no e-mail address, no advertising identifier, no location, no usage statistics, no crash reports sent by us. It does not request the Internet permission and therefore cannot transmit anything.

3. Data stored on your device

To work, the game writes a small file in the app's private storage, on your device only:

  • your settings (language, music, effects, vibration, accessibility options);
  • your progress (completed levels, stars, unlocked worlds) and your Classic mode checkpoints;
  • your best scores, your play statistics and your trophies;
  • the result and streak of the daily challenge.

This data never leaves your device through the app and is deleted when you uninstall it. If you have enabled Android backup on your device, the system may keep a copy along with the data of your other apps; that backup is governed by Google's terms, not by us.

4. Permissions

The app uses a single permission: vibration, for haptic feedback during play. You can turn vibration off in the game's options. No other permission is requested.

5. Advertising and third-party services

The game contains no advertising, no analytics, no built-in social network and no third-party service. It is built with the open-source Godot Engine, which sends nothing either.

Download and updates go through Google Play; the data processed there (Google account, install history) is covered by Google's privacy policy.

6. Children

Since the app collects no data at all, it does not collect data about children either.

7. Your rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you rights of access, rectification and erasure. As we hold no data about you, there is nothing to access or erase on our side; to erase your local data, clear the app's data in the Android settings or uninstall it.

8. Changes

If a future version of the game changes any of the above (for example an in-app purchase, which would require Internet access), this page will be updated before that version is released, with a new date at the top.
